“Location was great if you don't mind 10-15 minutes walking time to downtown dining & attractions, which we certainly didn't. The room was fine. The property is a bit sprawling, and seems to have quite a variety of accommodations, so my advice would be to do your research. This is not a hotel with cookie cutter rooms, so you want to make sure you get the right fit. Nice folks here, and the low key continental breakfast (more like snacks really) was fine. Plenty to eat in Fredericksburg, so not……

“Room was good for what we needed, comfortable place to sleep for one night without breaking the bank. Fridge was great and a/c worked great. Breakfast was good especially the coffee. Able to park right in front of room so easy to load and unload.”

“The hotel was ok, the staff was friendly, but the town of Johnson City was not welcoming to visitors. We went to a local bar in town and they would not serve us. All of the residential streets were blocked with residents only signs. I will not be returning to Johnson City EVER. If i were you, find somewhere else to go.”
