「Our Dog was welcomed. Very friendly and approachable staff, our room was as expected clean and exactly what we required as being disabled, on the ground floor and a walk in shower. We had no problems getting there, and being there, staff were excellent and attentive, Especially Gavin GM. Dale HM, and Pete the Executive Chef. Other staff were friendly and helpful too. We had a great stay.」

「The Crinan hotel was lovely , the staff were amazing , could not have been more helpful. The food in the restaurant in my opinion was excellent, beautifully prepared and the portions were good . The location was stunning and would definitely stay there again .」

「Our room was clean and had tea/ coffee making facilities. Toiletries were also provided. The view out our window was of the castle. Good location. Hotel requires some updating and there are a few stairs to the rooms. 」

「I've been here a number of times for work and it's my go-to place if I'm working in that area. It always feels really chilled and the restaurant is excellent with a range of Scottish and seafood dishes and delicious vegetarian options too. I'll definitely be back again. 」

「Stayed overnight and had prepaid for breakfast. Went down when breakfast opened but there were many students staying and had formed a queue around the dining room. We didn't have time to wait as had to catch a particular ferry. Told receptionist when we checked out and was told "they paid too". Not impressed at customer service.」

「We had a lovely room with a large bathtub. The bed was very comfortable. The town lost power but we still had hot water which was awesome as it allowed us to have hot showers in the morning. They also made arrangements for a complimentary hot breakfast our second morning when the power was back on. Holly was excellent and enabled us to check in even without the power. 「Overall, poor standard of accommodation for £140 per night. Cleanliness and maintenance standards were very low. Had to ask for a move of room as couldnt even open the windows in our room. 2nd room was marginally better, st least we could get some fresh air!」
