“Decent location, very cute and clean basement apartment. The separate entrance is nice and was very easy instructions to get in. As noted in the ad, there is no parking so we had to get a parking pass to park on the street, which was super easy to do. ”

“Beautifully appointed and comfortable basement apartment in a quiet lovely residential neighborhood. Great wifi, and kitchen and bathroom were nicely supplied. I appreciated the bottled water and coffee waiting for me when I checked in. Would definitely stay again when in London. One point, is that you must descend a flight of stairs to enter the unit. This didn't bother me at all but some people might not want this challenge.”

“Overall, the place is great! Every nicely appointed and furnished. Very cozy & met all our needs. Great location, close to Western and downtown. Excellent communication with and by our host. Only 2 drawbacks: i) outside entryway was rather overgrown with plants and need to be trimmed, which impeded access somewhat on the rather narrow walkway; and 2) the stairway up to the unit is in good shape, but is on the narrower side, and quite steep. So may pose difficulties for some with disabilities or……

“The walls are very thin, you can hear conversations through the walls. It’s located near industrial buildings with smoke stacks and flames. We had difficulty finding the entrance, a sign would have helped.”
