We were on the top floor so there are a lot of steps to get up there. There is a lift but it’s quite slow. As we don’t have any mobility issues we used the stairs. Our room didn’t have air conditioning and it was very hot when we stayed there. They did supply 2 fans which helped.

Easy to get wherever I needed to go. Right next to Holland Park Station. Staff was great. Breakfast has all you need for decent money. Nice neighbourhood. Clean and the only negative was you shared bathroom and shower. Didn't cause any problems though.

Great boutique hotel

Great stay at this cute hotel that was close to the subway & bus stop/station. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean & breakfast was good. Our room could have used a new mattress, but overall it was a great place to call home while in London. The area is safe & we would stay there again.

Hotel bien situé à Notting près d’un arrêt de bus et pas loin du metro. La chambre est convenable avec une petite salle de bain. Le petit déjeuner n’était pas exceptionnel mais nous avons apprécié la possibilité de laisser nos bagages à notre arrivée et le jour de notre départ.

Nice historic building, but I couldn’t get much info about it even when I asked. Description said there was a restaurant on the property but it was only a bar. “Sauna” existed but heated the whole hotel room because it is cheap quality and doesn’t seal.
