“This property was advertised as a BEAUTIFUL COTTAGE , DEN BEDROOM, ONE BATH. BEAUTIFUL DECK WITH TABLE AND CHAIRS. on the Day we were to arrive i received a text that there was no deck it had to be repaired because of leak. That we will receive 75.00 refund. on the way there we received another text that the key was in the mailbox once you open the door go.up the stairs to your room. upon entry a door opened and the owner asked if we needed help! We were surprised to see him there. We were……

“Very clean. Easy to get to. Listing as described. Bed and furniture are nice and comfy. Only thing I would add is a broom and dust pain and some Clorox wipes so guest can keep it neat. 5 stars! Very nice host. ”

“I didn’t end up staying here because the host canceled just a few hours before check-in. This happen after I reached out to ask for check-in details. I was traveling into town for the weekend, and this happened on a holiday weekend, which made it especially difficult to find alternative accommodations on short notice. The host mentioned a leak was discovered, but it’s concerning that this wasn’t identified until two hours before check-in. No alternative solutions or assistance were offered,……
