The hosts paid attention to the details: well equipped with everything needed and more, excellent and clear property guide, and comfortable space inside. The location was excellent for reaching all parts of the island easily. I appreciated the warm welcome including a personal note and pint of ice cream in the freezer. Highly recommended for solo or couple travelers!"

"This house was great. It accommodated us very well. Having the crib and lawn chairs was a bonus. More importantly the fact that we were only staying one night for an event and the host provided linens and towels was extremely helpful. To go away on vacation and to have to bring these extras is just to much of a burden for traveling so I really appreciate having all the necessities. I would recommend staying at this comfortable house. The yard was beautiful and the kitchen provided all amenities ."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay. As others have said, don’t think twice — just book! The house is incredibly clean, spacious, and well equipped. The hosts have generously provided toys and games as well as access to kayaks, bikes, and everything you could possibly need for the beach. The kitchen is the best equipped of any rental I’ve ever stayed in and we loved cooking and eating dinner on the deck. The property itself is lovely, and the pond and adjacent beaches are gorgeous. The hosts are thoughtful and communicative. My family of 5 had an amazing week and we will definitely be back!"

"Well - where to begin? Everything about this house was outstanding. We've stayed here before, so we knew what to expect, and of course we were not let down. The house is terrific - very comfortable for families, kids - absolutely outstanding screened in porch where we spent so much time, and ate almost every meal. Everything is comfortable, the beds are excellent and the kitchen well-stocked. In addition, this is an excellent location - especially for families with kids - no need to drive everywhere!There's a playground across the street, (great!) library around the corner, a wonderful sculpture garden/gallery around the corner (my favorite place on the Vineyard!) and a store with almost everything a great takeout place for breakfast and lunch! AND, to top it all, the owners are wonderful - so easy to work, very responsive. I can go on and on, but I think you get the picture!"

"We had a wonderful time. Loved having a family croquet game in the yard which made for a wonderful time. S’mores on the fire pit and time on the deck was amazing. Owner/contractor were both very responsive to repairs. Didn’t know there was a fully stocked coffee bar so we brought our own, but morning family coffee helped make for a wonderful time as well! A wonderful family retreat. No real complaints. The “pocket door” to the powder room perhaps could use another handle. Was a little difficult for some of our seniors, Basement access door to outside made family time outside much easier."
