I booked for a room at with kitchenette but I was given a room without kitchenette and no microwave oven at the room and at the property. When I asked the manager about it, he asked me to call Expedia, where will I go call Expedia at around 10pm with two girl kids. Light switches were terrible and restroom conditin was terrible and worst experience

No Amenities
Booking thru hotels.com the room was different than their 'regular' rooms - zero amenities: no coffee, microwave, no breakfast, sub-par towels, not even a phone in the room. Booked an additional room thru the hotel and received all the amenities...totally different room, look and feel...different building even. Almost like there were two hotels in one name. The additional we were moved to "the other side" and we really saw a huge difference. So, if you don't care about amenities it would be fine, but we originally booked here because it included breakfast. . . but nope....and not even a phone in the room to call the front desk if there was a problem.

Room was a non smoking room- reeked of stale cigarette smoke. Cigarette burn stains on toilet seat and end tables. $.50 for ice!?!?’ Also wanted a $10 deposit for the room key. What kind of garbage is that??? No tissues in room, shower curtain didn’t reach floor, so bathroom became flooded with every shower. Worst hotel experience in ages. Will NEVER stay again or recommend to anyone. You can’t put perfume on a pig and expect it to still not be a pig…

Shower head was dirty and didnt run good. Not all the lights worked. Blankets were super thin. They use there night window all day not just via night, while there office remains closed and locked. When ringing bell at night window for service to check out had to wait 20 minutes to be helped, when the man arrived at the window he was unprofessional and very rude.

Overall, our stay was okay. Online pictures need to be updated. Bed was comfortable. Floors needed swept and mopped. Shower needed a good cleaning too. Also, even though they allow pets, you have to take them off property to use the bathroom.

Pros: Excellent service. The area seemed safe. The room was clean and modern and everything was in great condition. Nice TV. Nice shower and sink. Good location across from a shopping center. The bed was stiff and uncomfortable. The pillows had a nice density but they were HUGE so I layed my head on a blanket I brought instead. No comforter just sheets and a top cover. No blackout curtains.

Worst place by far
Booked a non-smoking, the room stank like it’s always been booked for smokers. Had to leave windows open hoping that would help. The toilet was dirty with actual poop stains on the seat, not even the toilet itself BUT on the seat!! And all types of stains on the toilet, it was gross, made me wonder when the last time the sheets were actually changed was?!! Skip this place

The room did not appear to have been cleaned properly. The floor was dirty and dusty; the bottoms of our socks turned gray/brown from walking around in the room for only an hour. All of the towels (they only provided 1 large one and 2 smaller hand towels) had black hair all over them. The towel/bath mat appeared to be completely unwashed. There was black hair all over it and fresh dirt stains. When we showered, the the drain appeared to be clogged and the tub filled up with water covering us all the way up to our ankles. The shower curtain was covered in old soap and gunk and looked as though it had not been cleaned as well. Our room reeked of cigarette smoke- not sure if we were given a non-smoking room or if they even have non-smoking rooms on the property. There were no signs to indicate that smoking was not allowed. If you have asthma or allergies and cannot tolerate cigarette smoke, DO NOT STAY HERE. Both my allergies and asthma were greatly affected and I had a very hard time sleeping. The smoke alarm in the room did not have any batteries in it- which made it very unsafe and I'm pretty sure not up to code. While it appears nice in the pictures online... It was not a nice stay. We camp all the time and travel around in our RV... so we do not need much at all as far as amenities and accommodations. We were very disappointed in our stay and cannot believe a place like this costs over $100 a night, on a TUESDAY, to stay.

Avoid this place!
When I booked this place I looked at reviews (as one does) I’m not sure how all recent reviews were decent but this place was disgusting! As soon as you walk in the smell of bleach just hits you. We didn’t mind it at first thinking the room was just cleaned recently even though we checked in at 11pm. I had to use the restroom and to my surprise there was dried up human feces on the toilet seat. And to make matters worse when we go to lay down on the bed we find balls of hair (not my hair color) and bed bugs. We ran out of there and went straight to the front office. The guy wasn’t rude but he denied what I was telling him. He literally followed me back into the room where I had to show him the dead bugs on the floor and on the table. He picked up the hair from the bed and offered us a different room.

Room was tiny and the first issue was the smell as you walk in. A stale cigarette smell. Carpet was sticky, blanket stained and shower had low water pressure. Just wasn’t worth the money paid.

While posted as a non smoking facility, the room smelled like it was just smoked in before check in. 2 pillows for two persons and old towels. No coffee maker, a fridge in nice but would rather get a coffee maker. One small shampoo bottle. Bad stay altogether. definitely never again.
