"I was a solo-female traveler staying here and I had a great stay. I felt safe in and around the hotel and the staff were friendly and helpful. I don't speak much Spanish but a good amount of the staff spoke English which was a bonus! I got an economy room which was perfect for one person. The room was small, but clean.
They provide water, gatorade, and beer in the mini fridge, which I appreciated. The free breakfast was nice and filling! The location is perfect-- super very lively, easy to find something fun to do or good to eat. I had a couple of things delivered to the hotel and the staff brought them up to my room which was so kind. The hotel is super cute, but it is not necessarily a luxury spot - just to be transparent; however, this was perfect for just a few days!"

"El hotel mood Matuna fue excelente. Una vez llegamos el personal fue muy cordial y nos dio toda la información acerca de la estadía. Nos hicieron un upgrade de habitación como cortesía de la casa el cual fue sorprendente porque era temporada alta. El personal habla inglés y español y nos brindaron el desayuno el cual no estaba incluido en la reserva y temprano debido a que teníamos que salir temprano al próximo destino. La habitación muy limpia y grande!."
