「House needs serious deep cleaning and updating. Mouse droppings in kitchen draws. Air vents packed with dust. Downstairs musty! Cobwebs and dead bugs and stink bugs on floors and ceiling corners. Bedroom walls covered in dust. Deck unsafe and needs repair. Limited view of lake. Deck covered with debris (we had to ask TN family member to bring over a blower so we could clear the debris). Deck furniture broken and falling apart. Driveway is at 20% grade and crumbling! Unsafe to walk up or...
