"It’s a lovely hotel. Our double room looked out over the pool. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. We were away from the noise but very close to all the action the French Quarter has to offer. It was great to have the pool as NOLA was HOT! I’d suggest furnishing the rooms with an iron and ironing board so we dont have to call down for them but everything else was fab. "

"We really enjoyed the downstairs piano bar and the staff were very nice. The bed was comfy, however, they gave us a handicapped room when we didn’t need it (I couldn’t hang my dresses high enough so they wouldn’t hit the floor) and the shower flooded the bathroom. I’ve stayed in the Pontchartrain before, and the regular room that I had then was much better than this one."

"I think if you go to New Orleans and want to experience the best the City has to offer this is the best hotel. I loved my stay here and the carousel bar was very beautiful. Just a gear place."
