“This was the best hotel and best experience we’ve had on vacation. The staff was super welcoming and our kids favorite part was the smores by the fire pit every night. Highly recommended and we definitely will be back to visit.”

“Room was very clean. Location was good. We were not able to use any of the amenities like paddle boarding, or kayaks due to so much seaweed. The smell was also horrible. There is no beach at this hotel. Upon check in there is a $100 PER DAY deposit nor a notice of a resort fee thought this was all included in the hundreds I had already paid to stay here. When I checked out there was no notice once again about a resort fee that would be charged when I left I got a notification from my bank that……

“I wasn't impressed at all with the property. It said 5pm check in and we called about 12:30pm on our way to see if we could get early check in the lady said, someone would call us , but no one did. When we got there the property did not look like it had been maintained, as there was leaves and other junk around. The floors in the room didn't look like they had been mopped. We will never come back to this property or recommend this place to anyone else. It needs a lot of work!”

“The entry doors locks make me nervous very outdated. Also, requesting room service should be easier. Finally, I called the number I was given six times and never got a response even when I was calling, because of illegal activity on the property. Housekeeper was very nice and rooms were very clean.”
