“We are a group of 12 retired friends traveling first time in Tuscany. Villa Buonamici was the perfect accommodation for us. It is very close to the gate to the walled city center, literally only minutes away. The accommodations were exactly as described. Checkin/out was very easy and convenient. Our trip to Tuscany included stays in four separate locations and Villa Buonamici was by far our favorite. Do yourself a favor and stay at this Villa, you won’t be disappointed.”

“Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Urlaubszeit über Ostern 2023 im typischen Toskanahaus. Die Ausstattung war insgesamt sehr gut. Es war alles da, was man braucht und das Haus ist sehr schön gestaltet. Die sehr nette Vermieterin hat sich um alles gut gekümmert! Lucca ist in direkter Nähe, ein Supermarkt und leckere Pizzerien sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Wetter im April war angenehm und wir konnten auf der Terrasse schön grillen. Alles in allem ein erholsamer und schöner Urlaub und das Ferienhaus sehr zu……

“What a fantastic stay on this beautiful farm we had! There are sheep and goats on the property, and everything was clean and lovely! The views are spectacular and the houses are clean, charming and comfortable! We were 6 friends traveling together and all absolutely loved this gorgeous property and wonderful hosts. Definitely do not miss having Monica cook for you – it was one of our highlights for sure! She prepared the most delicious 4 course dinner made with fresh, local ingredients, her……

“Erstmal: die vergebenen Sterne sind uns absolut ernst, wir sind begeistert! Das Haus ist äusserst gepflegt sowie geschmackvoll und stimmig eingerichtet. Die Schlafzimmer sind komfortabel und jedes mit eigenem vollständigem Bad, man kommt sich keine Sekunde in die Quere. Die Küche bietet alles notwendige in guter Qualität und - wir sind da recht pingelig - wir mussten nicht mal die Gläser vor Gebrauch auswischen, alles tiptop! “Vacanza stupenda. La struttura è molto caratteristica. La casa è grande e comoda ed è immersa nel verde, pur essendo vicina a Lucca e per nulla isolata. Noi siamo una famiglia numerosa e siamo stati molto bene. Dalla casa abbiamo raggiunto facilmente anche altre zone della Toscana. Il proprietario, il signor Giovanni, è una persona molto gentile e disponibile. La casa è provvista di tutti gli elettrodomestici e accessori.”

“The house was exactly as advertised, beautifully decorated, clean and with a spectacular view. While the weather was not as good as hoped the location made more than up for it and we loved our little 'home' far from home. Massimo was an exceptional host, very attentive and helpful. “Das Frühstück ist für uns etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, leider kein Brot oder Gipfeli nur Zwiback und eine unmenge von Güezli,Törtli etc. zwar mit Liebe z.T. von der Gastmutter gebacken aber trotdem...vieleicht in der Hauptsaison anders. Aber sonst eine einfache und hübsche Unterkunft. Leider nur Italienische verständigung jedoch mit Händen und Füssen ging es oder Googleübersetzer...”

“Hotel staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Hotel is lovated about 10 minute walk from the wall and about 15 from vity centre. Room was bit outdated but very clean. Only minus i have is the noise, we had a room in the third floor near the elevator and i kept waking up because the noise from the hallway. Earplugs must! Very good breakfast and good overall experience!”

“Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort waren alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. 2-3 Mängel wurden sofort beseitigt/ ausgetauscht. Auch bei möglichen Ausflügen/Aktionen waren sie sehr hilfsbereit. Unser Hund wurde freundlich behandelt. Manchmal waren die vielen Kinder am Pool etwas laut, sodass man dort die eigentliche Ruhe nicht immer genießen konnte. Aber das ist ja ein sehr individuelles Bedürfnis unsererseits. Die Wohnung war etwas klein und entsprach nach meinem……
