“They were extremely friendly upon entering the hotel. They had a celebration with snacks and drinks for LU graduates and their families. They were accommodating with whatever we needed. The only thing annoying was we were so happy that check out was at 12 PM but the cleaning lady came in our room four times without knocking trying to rush us out of there. “Absolutely one of the worst stays I’ve had with my family in these United States. Room AC was leaking on the floor, peeling doors and carpet saturated with water and smelled of order.
