“television control was ridiculously complicated. could not just turn on and off. bed sheets were not full cotton, hot and sticky bathroom faucet sprayed all over. breakfast option meager and prohibitively expensive. i will not recommend or return”

“Breakfast was good. The problem was that I explained I needed Wi-Fi and they didn't have it. I had to go to the restaurant to get a signal. When I wanted to speak to a staff member, there was never anyone at reception. When I tried to shower, I basically needed 40 minutes because the water wasn't flowing enough to wash myself. For the price they charge for accommodation, it doesn't seem right to me.”

“Staff is nice and property is well maintained. Now for everything else 1) The worst shuttle services I have ever experienced. The shuttle was almost 2 hours late, and I think they only came because my mom called them (my cell service was not working so I was unable to call). This made me feel very unsafe and anxious as a solo female traveler. Book a private shuttle through viator or arrange for a taxi but NEVER through this hotel. They offered no compensation or anything for this.……

“Bad area to stay the night as a tourist it is not close to any of the resorts or tourist attractions I ended up leaving didn’t even spend the night the whole week I was there I had to buy a hotel room close to the beach”

“Breakfast was ok, I had a very disappointing experience. When I got into bed, I noticed what appeared to be a blood stain on the sheets along with yellow stains as well. It was absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable for any hotel, especially one charging guests for a clean and comfortable stay.”

“I booked online for an emergency. I arrived and it looked deserted. I saw someone working and knocked on the door no one came to the door. I was charged and had to find somewhere else to stay. I think this place is a scam.”

“We got multiple bug bites when we were there and there wasn’t anywhere within walking distance to get a cup of coffee or a bite to eat”
