“The staff were all very good. The in-house restaurant was surprisingly good, and the breakfast was excellent. The one thing that didn't work was the surprise $13. parking fee that was not included in the hotel cost. This is a hotel with its own parking lot. I have never paid a parking fee when staying at such a place and don't intend to again. It's not about the money, but the sleazy way they extracted another fee.”

“Our air conditioner wasn't working when we arrived. They said they fixed it the first day we were there, but it was not fixed. They did come back and replace it the next day, but we were uncomfortable the first night. The bathroom wasn't super clean (dirt behind toilet) and the door did not close properly without pulling rather hard on it. We did appreciate breakfast being included.”

However,there is something "difference" in this hotel. 1. you have to borrow everything from the frontdesk, incluging coffee machine, hair dryer, cup ,dish. 2. there is no place for breakfast. you have to bring everything from the frp desk to your room. “Do not stay here. I had to change rooms because the bathroom and beds and floors were filthy (pubic hairs, stains, food). The faucet on the sink was broken. We moved to a different room. The hvac unit did not work by beds in the second room. We stayed multiple nights and only received housekeeping service once. When I asked the front desk (very rude) they said we were supposed to call to request. Funny, we hadn't done so on the day they actually cleaned. We were also locked out of our……

“Has a fairly good location. We did however encounter a homeless man jumping in the pool when we went to go enjoy it.”

“Our room was right next to the lobby. It was very noisy and there did not seem to be any regard that there may be customers sleeping during all shifts. The room was so close to the hustle and bustle of the front desk there was no getting away from people/staff talking all hours...not much sleep and couldn't change rooms. I would recommend not staying on the first floor near the lobby.”
