“This property is a great get-a-way to have peace and quiet. It is on several acres of property, so it was perfect for our 3 dogs. It is a short 20 to 25 minute drive into town, which has lots of cute shops and restaurants. We would love to come back some time and bring our kids and grandkids. This place is very spacious for families. It is also on the river front, which is great for fishing!”

“From reservation, to check in to check out Mitch was very communicative! The house was clean and ready for us and was a short drive for our wedding festivities in Florissant. Alton is a great historic town on the river with some great places to eat, antique shop and walk along the Mississippi. The home has the prettiest original woodwork, and the right modern updates. We hope to come back again.”

“I enjoyed my stay. Everything met my expectations all were just like the pictures. Easy breezy check-in, great communication with host, plenty of sleep space and sheets covers. Game room was awesome my 4year grandson enjoyed the game room, TVs, and nice backyard for him and all to enjoy. I would definitely stay there again. I do wish it was pet-friendly other than that 5 stars thanks for providing a nice, comfortable, and easy stay for myself and family.”
