“Das Rauchen auf den eigenem Zimmerbalkonen war nicht erlaubt ohne, dass dies zuvor bekannt war. Das Personal war im Allgemeinen nicht hilfsbereit und man fühlte sich bei Anliegen als Belastung. Die Zimmer sind gut, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Die Balkontür schleift (übrigens bei allen Zimmern). Der Kleiderschrank ist eine Zumutung, wenn man mehr als eine Person ist (Schiebetürendilemma). Die Türen schlagen und hört man über den ganzen Flur. Die Stimmung und Atmosphäre gleicht einem Hauptbahnhof……

“Tolles Hotel mit total freundlichen Personal, tollem Frühstück und einer Aussicht für die sogar Busse von Außerhalb anreisen. Insbesondere das Personal beim Frühstück ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, selbst wenn es mal etwas voller war. Unbedingt die Pizza vor Ort probieren.”

“Fantastic breakfast buffet, glorious views from the Junior Suite. Ventilation in the room was poor though - the Aircon was a little underpowered. The beds were huge, but provide little back support. Wonderful location, perfect for both relaxing holidays and hiking holidays. I will return one day.”

“Pros: breakfast was great. Breakfast staff were awesome. Rooms clean. Cons: cleaning staff never supplied us with toilet paper. Even the first day we had very little. Every day they would short us a towel. If you kept a dirty towel hanging and you didn’t place it on the floor they would not replace it. The Wi-Fi was not good at all. Their gym, haha let’s just say was there but it was completely empty.”

“Wir waren jetzt zum dritten Mal in diesem Hotel und sind auch weiterhin sehr zufrieden. Besonders positiv sind auch Frühstück und Abendessen zu erwähnen. Die Getränkepreise beim essen und an der Bar sind etwas hoch aber noch angemessen. Der Innenpool ist zwar etwas klein und mit Säulen auch etwas verbaut aber zur richtigen Zeit nicht so voll und dann reicht auch der Platz. Das Abendprogramm ist gut, würde aber wahrscheinlich etwas besser besucht sein wenn das Programm nicht zum Teil mit den……
