“Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment 1/2 hour from Cooperstown. Modern kitchen with everything needed. Nice park across the street. Parking area a little sketchy. There is AC in most of the apartment (including in one of the three bedrooms) - we were able to use the fan to make it work. Didn’t see any bugs mentioned in previous review (there was an ant trap in the kitchen but we didn’t see any ants.) Check-in was very easy through lockbox for keys. ”

“We enjoyed our stay in Cooperstown very much. The place was located in a prime area. However, if loud, drunk people would bother you at night this is not the place for you. Luckily, my husband is hard of hearing and I actually enjoy going to sleep to the sounds of people having fun! Also, the parking was tight the first night but CJ came to my rescue! ”

“Absolutely perfect place to stay while our son was at Dreams Park. Loved meeting the families of the other players and having fires with them. Very clean! Great communication from owners. Even if there was a Ritz 20 minutes away and if they offered me a room for free, I’d still choose this lovely gem right across the street. After long days at the field, sometimes really late, it was great to know we just had to go across the street. Also, super convenient to go back to the duplex between games……

“Stayed with my family for the weekend for the State fair. The house was perfect. The location was a little sketchy but no issues. The only issue is with the upstairs tenants. You could hear the creeky floors late at night and in the early morning hours. Kept you up if your a light sleeper. ”

“As a positive, Ahmed replied quickly to our emails. We unfortunately had to leave after one night though b/c my husband and child are allergic to mold and there was a smell of rodent urine in the bathroom. While Ahmed said the cleaning crew would take care of the mold after we left, I’m guessing it’s prob related to another issue in the bathroom.Unfortunately the beds were very uncomfortable. There was an A/C window unit in the smaller bedroom, but the cord wasn’t long enough to reach the outlet……
