“There were shops and restaurants and everything at the University of Arkansas and the adorable downtown were well within walking distance. The location was fabulous and the space was just absolutely lovely! Great layout in the beautiful studio loft and having a covered, safe, parking spot with close direct easy access to the condo was wonderful. Could not have been better!”
