「I had a great stay overall—the room was very clean, and the modern bathroom was a standout. The bed was super comfortable, and you really can't beat the price. My only minor issues were that the TV stopped working during my stay and the Wi-Fi was quite slow, but otherwise, it was a solid experience.」

「The elevator was inoperable, for the whole time we were there. We had to carry our luggage up two flights of stairs., then down a long hallway. The room was clean. No coffee maker . You have carry used towels to the front desk and they replace one for one clean. We are elderly and it was difficult and dangerous carrying suitcases up and down the stairs. We won't stay there again.」

The pool area also has a nice deck and the breakfast has a great variety in the morning! All of the in room, amenities and kitchenette resources are new with a spacious refrigerator and decent cabinetry space as well.」

「I was very disappointed with my stay at Hyatt Studios Huntsville. One thing that was never explained at check-in was that housekeeping would not be cleaning the room during my stay. Had I known that upfront, my expectations would have been different. Instead, I had to request clean towels every single day of my four-night stay. On the second night, a staff member even asked me to bring my used towels down to the front desk so they could be washed, which I found very unusual for a hotel...

「I stayed at this hotel for two nights. I was not disappointed. The room was comfortable and the decor was fresh and vibrant. There was plenty of seating in the lobby for visiting. There was even a pool table for entertainment. They have quiet hours …huge plus! The breakfast counter was very clean and the food was good. My experience was overall very pleasant. I would stay again.」

「Room was clean and roomy. You could hear noises from Outside very easily. Plenty of towels. Conditioner bottle was empty. One thing that was an irk but not the facilities fault is the smoke detector started chirping about 130 in the morning. I’m sure we could have called the front desk and had it addressed but we didn’t.」
