「Front Desk was pretty busy when we arrived. They were pretty rushed to get us checked-in. Found info in the suite lacking. There were two WELCOME binders, but not alot of information regarding the amenities or how to use any of the appliances. Couldn't figure out how to turn on the fireplace for awhile, especially because the switch seemed to be backwards. 「We rented this property for two nights. After we found where to get entry information, 4 or 5 codes to get there. The grand finale was the door to the suite DID NOT work. This was after hauling everything up 3 flights. We loaded our stuff back in the car and back to the person who gave us the codes. He didn’t know what to do and told us to contact the owners. We searched and there is no way to contact the owners. We then had to go get another place to stay. I want my money back as this...
