"Two days and we have been going here for years. You would think there would be some downturn but no here! "

"There was no damn hot water in our room so we had to walk to the other building just to shower and then the next day when we wanted to shower the staff was all rude about it "

"The lobby area and hallways does not have a pleasant smell. Bed pillows are very small and square. The mattress was very uncomfortable. The elevator was out of order. The room was clean and smelled good."
