「Fantastic hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive and genuinely welcoming - nothing was ever too much trouble. The location was perfect: right in the heart of Palma, with everything close by, yet tucked away from the main streets, making it a real haven of tranquillity. The small rooftop plunge pool was a lovely retreat and ideal for spending a hot afternoon.
