“This is our most memorable stay in Japan. We had an exceptional room with private rooftop onsen and incredible views. The staff and management were especially helpful and more importantly they were sincere. Their recommendations were fantastic. Manazuru is a lovely, manageable, not over saturated town with limited tourist influence and it might be hard to find a better place to stay than this one. It can be viewed as expensive but in Japan you pay for what you get and the value was fantastic. ……

“Best hotel I’ve ever been! Traditional Japan styled hotel. She is very nice, even made us tea and biscuits to welcome us! Hotel views is amazing, bed is comfortable. Thankyou for giving me such amazing memory in Japan. Best hotel ever!”

“Clean and well maintained. Excellent buffet!”

“Good breakfast and convenient location”

The information about the pick up was not clear in their email and we hsppenef to go to the information center near the station and the kind lady their called the hotel for us.
