“The pool, beach and restaurant with bar was nice. Service in the restaurant was slow but food was good and waiter Rafi was very pleasant! I would stay again. Beds could be more comfortable.”

“Services are terrible at this hotel. It may be discriminated specfic type of perple. To some, it is extremely friendly with talking and explaining for 20 min. or longer while we were line up to check out for rushing to the airport at the time there were only two customers service representatives were available. When we checked in, they gave juice to almost all check in customers except us. I am not sure if it is discreminated or what! Hotel needs major change to qualify for all time five stars……

“We stayed just one night at the Green Laguna after returning from a week of sailing in the BVI. Lyndsey and Chase so kindly arranged our transfer from the ferry to the hotel. We arrived exhausted. But we were so pleasantly greeted by the owners. They carried our luggage to our room. Gave us lots of tips as we settled in. We relaxed and enjoyed the refreshing pool while the owners made us a wonderful dinner reservation and a taxi ride. The restaurant was just a 3 minute drive up the mountain,……

“Everything here was excellent, including the staff, the facilities, the room, the view from the room, the food in the restaurants, the pool, the available water toys (kayak, hobbies, ) and the very attention to details that convey that sense of luxury (ie the shampoo, the towel, the soap, the amazing bedding, etc). They are trying to keep the sargassum away with a barrier and partially succeeding at keeping it under control. The beach is relatively small and facing east.”

“My husband and I stayed for one night at Olga's Fancy to be close to the airport after being in St John for a week. This property was absolutely adorable, and we wish we had been there longer to use the pool. The room was unique and Eddie the owner was very helpful telling us nearby restaurants and getting a cab for us in the morning to get to the airport. We would definitely come back.”

“Our condo and the property and staff were amazing. We had a wonderful time. We also recommend renting the dinghy boats next to the condo. My husband and I rented a 15ft and it handled wonderfully. We snorkled at John and it was wonderful.”

The simplicity might be a little less than what some want, but the stay met every one of our needs. The environment was beautiful and the beach was our favorite on the island!
