「Room had a sour smell and noticed the sheets and blanket on the bed had a sour smell, like they were left on the washing machine too long then placed in the dryer. They brought just sheets we had to change them ourselves and they didn’t even remove the sour sheets from our room. Not a pleasant stay this time will be finding another place to stay when I return.」

「To sum it all up, don’t do yourself the disservice of staying here and spend $50 more a night to stay somewhere that is clean and safe. As soon as we arrived, the motel was very sketchy. The front desk guy was outside smoking weed with some random person in a truck full of watermelons. For reference, we arrived around 9 pm on a Thursday. Our room was very musty and the AC was completely powered off. Luckily once letting it run for a few hours, the room started to feel like it was actually air...

「Comfortable to stay」

「When we first arrived, we were told that we already checked in hours before our reservations was made. First, there was no record of our reservation… then after looking it up by number they said we were already checked into a room at 1:30pm… we didn’t even book the room until 7pm. Computer issue, maybe? We get a room on the first floor, but it was literally crawling with bugs … we kill three roaches before putting down our bags. Large spiders were in the window. We left them there hoping...

「This is the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at. There were roaches all over the hotel, mold in the bathroom, carpet was wet, no electricity throughout the room, except for the bathroom」

「This hotel exceeded my expectations. From the outside, it appears charming but much smaller than it actually is. Once inside, I was impressed by the spacious layout, from the lobby and bar to the pool area and numerous photo-worthy spots throughout the property. I stayed in a loft-style room, which was perfect for both me and my guest. One of the highlights was the private deck, which provided a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the New Orleans evenings. 「I booked two rooms, but one of the rooms wasn't very clean, and it smelled moldy. But other than that, the staff were friendly, and very convenient riding the streetcar 」

「Small intimate boutique hotel. Very comfortable rooms but they are small. If you are of larger size you may find the restrooms difficult to navigate. Also sliding barn door on the restroom provides less sound proofing if you are sharing a room with someone. Really enjoyed the comfortable beds and pillows. Air-conditioner is mounted on wall above one of the beds which works well but may bother some who do like the direct air flow. Lobby coffee shop and bar is really cozy and inviting. Free Fresh...
