“Breakfast was impressive!”

“Room had a sour smell and noticed the sheets and blanket on the bed had a sour smell, like they were left on the washing machine too long then placed in the dryer. They brought just sheets we had to change them ourselves and they didn’t even remove the sour sheets from our room. Not a pleasant stay this time will be finding another place to stay when I return.”

“A true budget hotel! This place has all the most important parts: a strong cold AC, comfy bed, a working tv, and close to NOLA. After looking around the room, it is clean enough for my liking (of course more spot cleaning could be done) and I can say that I did not find any bugs of any sort. The front staff was EXTREMELY NICE, I wish I would have caught the name of the gentlemen that checked me in (I believe one was the boss and one was new). My only warning would be that I felt slightly nervous……

“Clean room. Dark neighborhood. Breakfast was not good. No egg no hot food other than one waffle station.”

“To sum it all up, don’t do yourself the disservice of staying here and spend $50 more a night to stay somewhere that is clean and safe. As soon as we arrived, the motel was very sketchy. The front desk guy was outside smoking weed with some random person in a truck full of watermelons. For reference, we arrived around 9 pm on a Thursday. Our room was very musty and the AC was completely powered off. Luckily once letting it run for a few hours, the room started to feel like it was actually air……

“The elevator is not working and our room is in 4th floor.so it’s very inconvenient for us.i had to get the hair blow dry to the front desk”

“This hotel exceeded my expectations. From the outside, it appears charming but much smaller than it actually is. Once inside, I was impressed by the spacious layout, from the lobby and bar to the pool area and numerous photo-worthy spots throughout the property. I stayed in a loft-style room, which was perfect for both me and my guest. One of the highlights was the private deck, which provided a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the New Orleans evenings. The staff were exceptionally friendly,……

“Small intimate boutique hotel. Very comfortable rooms but they are small. If you are of larger size you may find the restrooms difficult to navigate. Also sliding barn door on the restroom provides less sound proofing if you are sharing a room with someone. Really enjoyed the comfortable beds and pillows. Air-conditioner is mounted on wall above one of the beds which works well but may bother some who do like the direct air flow. Lobby coffee shop and bar is really cozy and inviting. Free Fresh……
