“Great communication pre-stay! Fantastic staff throughout the hotel. Friendly and helpful 24 hour reception, wonderful greetings and always making sure everything was making your holiday pleasant. Every area was sparkling clean and the rooms were superb. The free morning breakfast buffet was a great way to start your day, fresh sliced fruits, local pastries, hot breakfast as well. “The communication was really good - we got all the check in info with plenty of time, and messages during our stay asking if we wanted new towels or a room clean etc. The location was also very good.
The room smelt a LOT like damp. There was an extractor fan and a dehumidifier but they didn't really do anything. The bathroom was also absolutely tiny - I'm a small woman and I struggled.
Overall, an okay stay but incredibly basic and I wouldn't want to stay here for longer than a few nights ”
