The outdoor space is surrounded by breathtaking landscape, plenty of outdoor furniture for entertaining, outdoor grill (propane provided), outdoor shower & game room! South Beach Association Access to the beach is about a 200 foot walk. Come down the driveway and walk left towards the beach you will make a right on East Ave. From there you walk about 100 feet up and it will be on your left...You will be provided with 10 Beach Badges..Required.. Close to all boardwalks, shopping, amazing Restaurants. Parking on the premises 3 Spaces and Let's not forget it is Pet Friendly!! Unbeatable Location!
