“The house was a great location right by the bay with kayaks and bicycles to use. Convenient to both Chincoteague, a half hour drive to the refuge and Assoteague within 45 minutes. Watched the Wallops rocket launch from the balcony. House was very clean and the renovation was well done down to the detail. The kitchen facilitated everything we needed for daily meals. The neighborhood is quiet and quaint. A great experience for our whole family.”

“The house was perfect for our family’s long weekend stay in April 2024. The location is splendid for its views, water accessibility and peace and quiet. We kayaked to the barrier island (approx.15 min) and found many pristine whelk sea shells. We thoroughly enjoyed crabbing and fishing in the creek as well bird watching. The homeowners really have provided just about everything you could ask for as far as amenities and supplies. Additionally they were very helpful and informative when we had……

“Had an Awsome 8 days , views were amazing from just about everywhere in the house. Fishing was good from dock, crabbing was slow, a little late in the season. Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The restaurant just down the street had very good food, especially the fish tacos. No issues at all during our stay. Beautiful club house, indoor pool and golf course.”

“Water’s Edge was just the place to unwind. Walking distance, 6 minutes, to our favorite restaurants. Bills Prime and Rope Walk. We sat back and watched the shore birds from our deck. The place was spotless on our arrival. Will definitely be back. Thankyou for sharing your wonderful home with us.”
