Host did a great job responding. The home was clean. Our only thought was the master bathroom needs updated. The water on that side of the house took 4-5 minutes to warm up before you could take a shower and the water pressure isn't great. The remodeled bathroom on the other side had good water pressure and it heated up quickly. We were there for a month and it would've been nice to have included one cleaning with our fees. We asked and they said it would be another 120 to clean. So we just cleaned ourselves. Overall a good location with adequate amenities. We enjoyed Marco very much.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay on Gulfport court! This was our 13th year down in Marco with our family and this was one of the nicest homes we’ve stayed at! With a few minor improvements, it would have been perfect! The location is perfect; very walkable to groceries and a few restaurants. The house was just big enough for our family and the pool was beautiful. The house could have used a deep clean before we got there and we had issues with the hot water heater, the water in the refrigerator and no one came to service the pool so it became very low and stopped working on our last day. All in all, things did get resolved thanks to the rental company and we had a wonderful stay!
