"Quiet, clean room; friendly staff though I only interacted with them briefly. Parking lot was a bit awkward of a design for certain rooms. (Hint - more parking towards the right back of the motel with better spaces between cars.) The air condition struggled to cool the room on the hotest day of the year... which is understanable."

"Danielle communicated well and was super helpful to me purchasing a Wellfleet beach sticker. The cottage is as advertised - a small efficiency unit with a small bathroom and tiny kitchen, but it had everything we needed for an excellent vacation. It was set back from Rt. 6 in a calm and peaceful enclave. We loved being able to bring our dogs to the Cape. Thanks Danielle!"

"This rental property was perfect for our family’s summer vacation in the outer cape! My daughter loved walking down the stairs in the morning to walk along the sand. My husband and I enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning and relaxing post the beach day with a drink at night. You are at wellfleet’s beaches in under 10 mins. Truly the perfect location! We made wonderful memories and hope to be back again!"

"Here’s a polished hotel review that keeps it fair and constructive: Overall, the room was satisfactory and the location was excellent. There are a few relatively simple additions that I think would improve the guest experience. An ice bucket in the room would be helpful for getting ice, and larger bath towels would be appreciated. Complimentary bottled water would also be a nice touch, or at minimum, a filtered bottle-filling station somewhere on the property. The mattresses were okay and comfortable enough for a short stay, but I would not consider them luxury quality. For someone who is more sensitive to mattress support, I could see them potentially waking up with some back discomfort. There are also no food options available at the hotel, even for purchase. There is a restaurant nearby, which is convenient, but having at least some basic food, snacks, or grab-and-go items available on the property would be a nice addition. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay, with the excellent location being the biggest highlight. With a few additional amenities and upgrades, the property could provide a noticeably better overall experience."

"The unit was as described. Small, but well appointed, the inside area was clean, the beds good, and the airconditioning good. Good location with access to beaches, Wellfleet, and various restaurants and other business along Route 6. We left a shirt and the host was nice about helping arrange a way to get it back to us."
