“Beautiful view of the volleyball courts and the ocean from our room. My mom is handicapped and can not sleep laying down on a bed. We requested either a recliner or a sofa which she could possibly sit up while she slept. We didn’t receive either. We even asked for these items under the special request when we booked our stay. To say the least my mom didn’t sleep well for two nights. She sat in a blue chair that was in the room. Which was not very comfortable for her. Other than that the stay was……

“The room was amazing, staff was very helpful. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Beach across the street. Cons: not enough elevators for the number of floors/rooms. They have 4 but often you waited to get on the elevator. Pro tip- uber, as parking daily is expensive! And buy a cheap beach umbrella from one of the shops, its less than paying $30/day to rent one! Get there early to get your beach chairs!”

“I stayed in hotel with my mom. Loved everything! The hotel is beautiful, the service is excellent, rooms are big (except of bathroom) and cozy, a lot of dining options and lounges all around hotel. Food was pretty good. Loved the small details inside the room and all around the hotel - like nespresso coffee mashine, tumblers for water to go, sunscreen and aloe cream for the beach, water to go is everywhere, even wipes for sunglasses (on a water taxi boat). I will definitely come back and would……

“The staff at the front desk were SO RUDE and not able to accomadate ANY of our request. The walls are paper thin, we could hear kids runnig on the hallways at 6 am and screaming in their rooms. So much for peaceful getaway. Won't go back even though the area is so beautiful. We will try another place next time.”

“Drape curtain was broken from the ceiling. Door knob of communicating room was broken. Cabinet door covering fridge was broken. Smelly hallway coming from carpet. ”

“Unfortunately people can smoke almost everywhere in the hotel so it’s not pleasant for non smokers. The staff at the bar and grill at the pool were very rude and difficult. The rooms were very big and beautiful but our sheets were ripped upon arrival, we called to have them replace the sheets and they would send somebody but nobody came. We also asked to change the sheets the next day when the roomservice came by, they just made the bed with the same sheets again.”

“Great place to spend vacation with kids. Free breakfast and happy hour to have drinks and snacks is a huge plus!! Staff are very friendly! Little shop on site is also a huge plus! ”

“I cant say enough about this Unit, Resort, Staff, Food, and all the amenities included during this trip. We spent most of the day by and in the water (Beach, Pool, Lazy River). We loved the new addition the Resort now has (Free shuttle to the Lauderdale by the sea and Las Olas Area). Mid-way through our stay we booked a return trip here and we are already looking forward to our return.”
