"The hotel was steps away from all of the shops and restaurants, did not need to drive the entire weekend"

"This was a Jet2 Holiday hotel. I was floored by how gross it was. The outside started to get some renovations to the grounds. The flooring on the floor was horribly old and smelled like vomit. There were patches done to the carpet from leftover carpet that didn’t follow the pattern. The room flooring was gross too. Paint chipping on the lamp which had a layer of dust, something was growing on the door frame at the bottom of the bathroom. I hoped and prayed that the towels and sheets were clean but I’m not sure. Gross! Gross! Gross!"

"The staff were polite and even checked me in an hour early. There was confusion after the first night, they made a mistake and I was unable to access my room and had to go get the key cards updated. The gentleman at check in kept referring to a one-night stay when it was booked for two nights. The room was very dirty, with the bathroom, carpets and floors not cleaned. The bathroom was a wheelchair access bathroom (which I did not need or request when booking the stay). The ADA bench in the shower was not secured and falling off the wall. The grout was black with mildew or microbial growth and toilet needed to be cleaned before using. The room had suffered water damage at some point because the walls were poorly repaired in various spots and the cabinetry (desk, TV stand and Fridge enclosure) were water damaged and swollen with growth visible on and around the damage. The bed seemed to be clean, but I was unable to determine. The room had a musky damp smell to it as well. I know for a fact that I will not be staying at this location at any time moving forward with my trips to Sunrise Fl On the other hand, Hotels.com was amazing. The ease of using the website was great and the notifications up to check in were great as well. I will use Hotels.com again and refer to my friends and business associates."

"The Roz were as I remember I used to frequent gear back in 2008 all the way up until 2016. We received feet on the bed that had blood stains on them, but the staff was happy to replace them. We also add food in the kitchen and must’ve dropped some crumbs on the floor within 30 minutes. There was a line and a pile of ants that were coming out of the wall, which honestly could happen anywhere. I don’t think they need to spray each room for bug. Also, the windows look frosted, which I thought was condensation from it being hot from the Florida heat and cooling the inside, but once we realize we believe it was mold. This is still a lovely property. I just think they need to pay attention to the minor details."

"Hotel was bright & welcoming. I was dropped off via uber very late but I never felt unsafe at any minute. "

"The location area is ok. Lots of places to eat near by. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The wires were felt from the bed and one side of the bed was sunken in. Horrible 2 nights. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend. "

"My car was severely damaged by rebar extending above the parking curb, Hotel manager said it was not their responsibility."
