“Shame there was no chef! Had to get taxis to get food, otherwise the staff were amazing, felt sorry for them as think it was down to poor management (the lack of food)”

“I arrived around 9.30pm and was checked very efficiently by a gentleman who showed great customer service skills. I was allocated room number 1. The room was spacious, very warm, a big bed, a bath, decent kettle, coffee bags (as opposed to sachets) and quality biscuits and bathroom products. I had a meal in the restaurant on my second night. I ordered belly pork with vegetables. The veg was fine but the pork was almost 100% fat - almost no meat. Apart from the meal my stay was excellent and I……
