“Really modest hotel, my teenage daughter described it as being cosy. The hotel was very clean, the double room was very large. Closet space was adequate. Tea and biscuits were provided in the room. Breakfast was freshly cooked full English, had choices of cereal and different teas. Was most pleased as my fav peppermint was on offer...never is at other hotels. It was in a very quiet area but with restaurant/takeout within a 1 minute walk, there is a Chinese opposite, Indian restaurant adjacent……

“We spent five nights staying at the property with our dog. We had a great time! The staff were great, food was excellent and it was a nice location for local walks. We also charged our car using the EV charger on site, which was great. Great value overall! ”

“Our room was first class as was the staff we met. We just had a small breakfast but that was also top class. Only one thing spoiled it and that was Experia charging £38 more than the actual cost of the room if we had booked a hotel room directly. We won’t be using Experia again lesson learned (book direct).”

“My 5th time of staying here and a very different experience to all previous visits. I travel with for work so being able to work from the room is extremely important. I always choose to stay here as the rooms are clean, well proportioned and there is usually a desk or table and chair to work from. On this visit I was allocated Room 6. Although it is classed as a double room it was tiny (you would struggle with 2 people in there) There was a small dressing table but no chairs. Hardly any plug……
