“Selena is fantastic! She got us into a room right away to get ready for our daughters recital dress rehearsal. Pool area is great for kids. We will do this yearly if things are held in Marshall.”

“It’s Marshall so wasn’t expecting much , but was good for price and felt safe there. Beds were decent, pillows were great. Shower took 5-6 min to warm up, but I like the soaps and shampoo bottles vs the little sample sizes. Pool worked for my son and liked the full breakfast. Women at breakfast was super friendly. Front desk/check in was quick. ”

“The staff there were very helpful, especially the young woman. She was always checking on our enjoyment and asking if there was anything she could help us with.”

“Apparently they don't use Expedia and I had to pay more than what was posted and reserved. Then he informs me that the only room he had the heat is broken. Offered to give me a heater...a small one at that.. accepted the offer went in the room....tv doesn't work and the water doesn't work either. And to top things off he required a deposit. I ended up requesting a refund and couldn't get another room elsewhere because the return wasn't immediate”
