「The blonde headed lady at the front desk was very nice. We had an issue with hot water not being hot at all. Within 5 minutes there was somebody there and fix the problem immediately. Great gymnasium and pool and hot tub area. Everything was centrally located it's our second time there we thoroughly enjoyed it. 」

「Host was great and communicated readily. Views were stunning and accomodations cozy. If you want the mountain experience the drive to the property is definitely a thrill. Great views of Ober Mountain ski slopes on the drive. Was a great stay for a fun birthday weekend in the Gatlinburg area. Close to get down the mountain into town. 」
