“The staff throughout the hotel are all amazing, from the front desk to the bellhop and valets (Ray-elle was the best), to the cleaning staff. We have been coming here for years. Our only complaint is that the rooms in the towers need to be updated. We stayed in an Oceanview room which was amazing, but we only had one small sink in the entire room. There should be separate sinks for bathroom/kitchen. Also, there are not enough outlets in the room. One is right above the sink which is a big……

“员工完全没有经过培训，非常没有礼貌。 第一天我按时到达，被告知房间还没收拾好，仅仅是告知，连句抱歉都没有，好像这是应该的。 5晚住宿只有一天客房服务（打扫卫生），这倒可以理解。但是如果不催促的话，这一天的卫生可能也没有人打扫。我催了两遍，才勉强打扫。 最后一天退房，前台居然没人。 总之，员工素质极差，完全不能匹配这个酒店。”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The garden is absolutely gorgeous and has a perfect view for sunset. Napili beach is seconds away. We enjoyed having a partial ocean view. We also really liked having a stove, microwave, and fridge. The parking was pretty good, a little tight at times but we always had a space. Location isn’t far from a local grocery store and a few restaurants. The staff members were super helpful. One thing is that the walls are very thin but that is my only complaint for our stay.”

“Don’t judge a book by it’s cover. The curb appeal isn’t the best but our room was beautiful, clean and smelled fresh. The staff was outstanding. They were so welcoming and helpful. Inside the elevator is a list of daily activites. That was a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again.”
