“We stayed at West Island by Horizon Holiday. Robby was friendly and welcomed us warmly. Unfortunately, one of the rooms had a strong sewage smell that spread into the living room. Despite attempts to fix it, the smell remained, so we couldn’t use that room and had to share the remaining two. This negatively affected our overall experience. Robby was kind and helped us arrange for a chef to cook for us one evening - and he tried to fix the smell, though it could not be resolved. Perfect……
