Welcome to Anchor Villa , Gated private 4 bedroom updated home steps to the beach . 1 minute walk to a secluded calm beach with beautiful white sand and turquoise water. Also many beaches with surfing and water sports all within walking distance. Beach umbrellas, beach chairs , wagon , towels beach toys all provided . Short walk to oisitins , restaurants and all amenities. Grocery delivery/ island tours / water sport lessons can all be arranged. 4 bedrooms ( 2 with bathrooms ) pull out couch and cots available . Bedrooms and living space are equipped with a/c as well as portable fans.
4K smart television with Netflix provided .
Kitchen has brand new fridge with ice maker & filtered water , new gas stove , toaster oven, blender & coffee maker. Eat in kitchen with large dining area .
Great gated Outdoor living space including covered car park, large grass yard , covered patios , eating area , bbq and Beautiful garden including lovely landscaping , banana trees and fresh vegetables. Family friendly , including high chair, crib , car seat and kids toys .
