「A very nice condo in a great location! The unit is on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator and carts. You can see and hear the ocean at that level. The walk to the beach through the grasses and shrubs is beautiful! Nice wide beach. Everything I needed was in the condo including beach stuff in a storage unit. Communication was good and check-in was easy. St. Simon’s is beautiful and unusual. On,y 25% of properties are rentals, so it is a real low country town with gorgeous old trees festooned...

「Everything was very easy regarding check-in and check out. The host brought by a birthday balloon since we were there celebrating my mom’s birthday which was a nice touch. The location was perfect and the facilities were great. It was very good value for the location and beach proximity. The only small issues we had were maintenance ones.
