"Nice hotel, close to the seaport. Liked the texting service to let you know when your room is ready and to help with requests. Shower was great, bed was great. Lots of choices in the hotel for dining or beverages. Love the french pastries at the coffee shop. A couple of minor nits. Parking garage was a bit confusing on where to park for hotel guests. Although staff was friendly, requested towel service at front desk, never got them, and also through text, and never got them until I requested again the next day. Also, tried calling front desk and guest services from room multiple times and nobody ever picked up.
I would stay there again. Beautiful are of Boston."
