“This is a beautiful home, stocked with essentials, on a stunning street in a perfect neighborhood. The back, outdoor space is lovely for a morning cup of tea. The house is full of light and air, with lots of space to spread out. Even though there is only street parking, it wasn't an issue at all and we found a spot right away. It is located next to all the museums in the area. We have a senior dog, and the baby gates throughout the home were a welcomed addition ensuring we didn't have a senior……

“So the space was beautiful. Clean, spacious, comfy bed. Exactly as depicted, no parking as expected but that was made clear in the listing so no problem there. Check in instructions were clear and accurate. No problem getting in. The problem came when I tried to take a shower and the tub wouldn’t drain and then these little black particles started coming up from the drain. I messaged the property and never received a response. I ended up leaving early the next day to go home and wash up there.……

“The house was spotless when we arrived and well equipped. We had an issue with our heat and the owner addressed it immediately which was much appreciated. Parking was easy as described. The neighborhood was pretty quiet for being in Philly! There are stores nearby if you need anything. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would stay again!We did stay with our 3 year old and the only suggestion I have is to have something to cover/block the basement stairs. There was a big draft coming upstairs……

Enough beds with options; a dark, quiet room in the basement, a shared room with a two full beds, the top floor king size suite, even a pull out sofa! All useful accommodations for a party of 5 or more. To top it off, the roof top hot tub with a city skyline view was incredible! It was a great location too, in walking distance to our venue in South Philly. Everything worked out perfectly, and I'm grateful that this option was available.……
