“The hotel is very clean, 5-star style clean. I travel a lot, and I normally stay in 3-star hotels, and this hotel was by far one of the cleanest hotels, even when compared with the Hyatt. We stayed in the deluxe balcony room, with was super big. Lots of room. Bathroom had a proper shower enclosure, not like your typical asian hotel where the shower is a hand faucet next to the toilet.”

“Nice, clean and spacious room and also the hotel facilities. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful to my needs. They help me to arrange for a day tour to the floating market. There is no direct bus from Can Tho to My Tho, and the hotel staff helped me to contact the transport company to make necessary transport and transfer arrangement. She then wrote the details of this arrangement on a piece of paper in Vietnamese, which I showed it to the transport staff at each stage of the transfer……
