Just what we wanted!!

Perfect location for a week in Melbourne to attend the AO. A 10 minute walk to the venue was just what we wanted. The apartment was great for some time out to relax. So easy to access the CBD and other areas of Melbourne where delicious food is offer. Couldn’t have asked for more.

East Melbourne Home Away from Home

Overall spacious, very comfortable and convenient location for tennis and city/MCG. Enjoyed use of two pools. Good car parking on-site. A couple of down-sides: quite a bit of traffic noise and gardening/maintenance noise in mornings, strange leak in laundry cupboard, some tap fittings loose and need replacing, crockery with chips and not able to use vent in kitchen area. Management did their best to rectify matters. Not major issues but not exactly what I expected for cost per night and how Boutique Stays promote themselves.
