This quintessential Portsea haven unveils a cascading layout of expansive proportions designed for ultimate comfort. Comprising 4 ensuite bedrooms, 3 distinct living areas, 3 deck areas with coastal views, and a gas heated pool and spa delivering all seasons indulgence. Downstairs a family suite offers versatility (and a 5th bedroom if needed) with its own living area. Nestled in a quiet location central to Portsea and Sorrento, this stunning property is ideal for families or mature groups.
IMPORTANT
• Schoolies and groups under the age of 30 will not be accepted at this property under any circumstances.
• Strictly no parties or gatherings of any type – the host’s properties are offered for private accommodation purposes only.
• Property welcomes your canine friend upon application, with pets subject to conditions if approved.
• While the host offers the ability to book instantly, you will be contacted to confirm written acceptance of the Terms & Conditions of your stay. Please ensure you have thoroughly read and understand the T&C’s, which can be found by downloading the Rental Agreement on the “Review Rules & Policies” page (after entering your dates and contact details). The host reserves the right to decline any enquiry or booking if a guest is deemed to be unsuitable.
