Not worth the price we have paid

It was very disappointing the house was not cleaned prior to our arrival. We had stains on our bed sheets and pillows. It was very dusty, things under the beds and couches. One couch had a terrible smell. We were not given instructions on how to use appliances and pool. Also we had some MICE friends visit us.

Family Holiday

Although the house suited our size there were things that we were disappointed with. The front security door was broken , the grass should have been cut before we arrived, the pool was dirty and the solar didn't come on until 4pm which meant the water was cold, the blinds in the games area didn't work so we couldn't get any fresh air into the room which had a weird smell. The dishwasher didn't clean so we had to wash everything by hand, very disappointed for the money we paid.
