This stylish duplex nestled in the heart of midtown is the perfect place to relax after a day in the city. Located in the "historically hip" Cooper Young district, a 6 min. walk to Tiger Lane/Liberty Stadium and a short drive downtown, this home is ideal for a game weekend, staycation or getaway.
The space
This newly renovated 2 bdrm/3 bath (plus loft) brings all the vibes with its' rustic beams, vintage furniture pieces, and plush leather sofa.
Fully furnished and equipped with 1 king, 1 queen, and 1 portable twin, it comfortably sleeps 5. Upstairs there are two smaller sleeper sofas, and we're happy to supply an air mattress upon request.
The loft features a desk with guest access to wifi and smart tv's throughout with Netflix provided. Kitchen is stocked with the necessities and there's a washer and dryer on site. Guests are permitted to use the driveway and street parking is also available.

Guests have their own private entrance and exit with full access to the unit.
