"Me and my puppy Daisy, had a phenomenal stay. It made my first stay in Vail a very memorable experience. I would like to personally thank Sade at the front desk for such a warm welcome and all of her recommendations. The older maintenance worker for continuously assisting with the hot tub. And lastly, the younger gentleman at the front desk on the night of Saturday, March 7th. He went above and beyond to accommodate Daisy and I. Thank you guys! "

"I can’t review my stay at Viceroy Snowmass as I wasn’t even checked in due to a flight cancellation because of a snow storm. In fact I’m still awaiting a response from this property to see how they can accommodate for us loosing our entire stay without a refund or opportunity to rebook. I’m hopeful and believe in the great customer service they claim that they will respectfully respond with an option. I’m certain they will return my messages as they are awaiting a voting process for #1 hotel in CO. I would love the chance to enjoy this beautiful hotel! "

"The drinks at the bar were VERY over priced. That was discouraging. $25 for an old fashioned. "

"There is major construction going on basicly in the hotel's parking lot. So there is a lot of noise and dust. The property was comfortable just outdated. There are not hot tubs/pools, outdoor grills, etc."

"Another great stay with Pines Lodge, will visit again if we are in the area. Cozy room and lobby, and really enjoyed the water machine in the lobby as well as the coffee every morning in our hallway. Enjoyed the hot tub and heated boot racks as well! Only complaint is the ski out was completely icy and difficult to navigate in ski boots- it felt like an accident waiting to happen!"
