「We booked two Deluxe City View Rooms through Expedia because this hotel was advertised as an Expedia VIP property. One of the rooms we were initially assigned overlooked an industrial area—not the city of Mérida as booked. The room was tiny, the bathroom floor tiles had visible concrete stains, and the room was worn and run-down. We ultimately had to involve Expedia before the hotel addressed the issue. From the moment I arrived and received a very warm welcome at reception, to the equally warm thank you I received while leaving, all of the staff were very welcoming and helpful, and there was always someone around and available if I had any questions about local services. The breakfasts were varied and delicious, even the buffet style breakfasts served on the weekends, and the waitstaff was gracious. Cleaning of the rooms and maintenance of the grounds...

El hotel está bien pero los alrededores son algo sucios , escandalosos y con mucha gente por es un paradero de autobuses públicos. Dormimos apretados pero bien , no se puede pedir más , no regresaré a este hotel」
